What is Mousse?
Mousse, which means foam in French, is a French dessert. Usually, egg whites or whipped cream are spread underneath. The reason many people love mousse is that the texture is so soft and delicious. Some countries even make mousse with fish and vegetables.
The main ingredients for the mousse are sugar, egg whites, whipped cream (or just cream), chocolate, and butter. However, by changing a few ingredients, you can create a lower-calorie mousse.
So, I no longer have to put up with the craving for dessert because of the fear of gaining weight. Learn how to make chocolate mousse at home in this article! It is good to eat alone, of course, when you invite friends or family.
